Even though I was out of town and travelling for work during our search, Alexey would work very hard to visit units on my behalf on short notice (even visiting multiple units per day). Alexey is very professional and timely in his communication and would immediately look into details and get back to me quickly. Further once we found a place, Alexey continued to help with dealing with the listing agent and went above and beyond in resolving certain issues. This turned a potentially stressful situation into a very smooth and easy process.
