Alexey is the best, he helped us from start to finish selling our house and buying our forever home. Highly recommend, very patient. We bought a new house with Alexey and had to sell ours in a short time frame in a challenging market. Alexey has used various marketing techniques to get the maximum exposure for our property and we succeeded and successfully sold our home on time!
He is so enthusiastic to do OPEN HOUSE until you sell your house. Even on a long weekend. Another good trait that he has is he will reply to your message anytime of the time within few minutes. And if you have kids, he will take care of them while you’re viewing the house, he will guard the stairs to safeguard them. Highly recommended

He made what could have been a stressful experience feel organized and manageable - and was genuinely enjoyable to work with.

Alexey was amazing to work with when I was looking to find a rental in Toronto. Even though I was out of town and travelling for work during our search, Alexey would work very hard to visit units on my behalf on short notice (even visiting multiple units per day). Alexey is very professional and timely in his communication and would immediately look into details and get back to me quickly. Further once we found a place, Alexey continued to help with dealing with the listing agent and went above and beyond in resolving certain issues. This turned a potentially stressful situation into a very smooth and easy process. I would highly recommend Alexey to anyone looking for a home in Toronto and would not hesitate to work with him again.
This was my first time working with a realtor (and moving) and I didn't know what to expect. Now, thanks to Alexey, my bar for realtors in the future is very high (that is if I ever work with anyone else, which I doubt). His approach really felt so very personable and caring, Alexey really did wanted to find me my perfect home!
I never felt like my pickiness is being dismissed or not taken seriously, even though I was very particular about the 'vibe' of the house. Alexey found me a perfect-vibe house and supervised the whole process start to finish, even picking me up to drive me to viewings and helping me to find the moving company.
He also supported me in a stress of all the document signing and patiently explained what every document was.
Honestly, can't recommend Alexey more and would definitely come back if I ever need a realtor again (unlikely, you should see a house he found me)
